CHAIR  YOGA

Chair yoga is ideal for anyone who is challenged by floor exercises or who simply prefers to remain seated while enjoying the benefits of movement. Importantly, chair yoga can be tailored at your pace, focusing on movements that are within your range of motion.

Chair yoga makes yoga accessible to anyone who can sit in a chair and would like to experience a relaxing and restorative activity.
